Registration
All the successful participants, both the grant recipients and the ones attending on their own funds, are required to pay the registration fee to secure their seat. Please upload the proof of payment in this form. The proof should contain the information about sender, recipient and the amount paid. Please note, it will take 2-4 working days to send you the confirmation of registration from us.

We have completed our application review process and have sent out notification of acceptance to all applicants. We had received 690 applications and had to go through a stringent selection process. We are now reviewing the selected applications for full and partial scholarships.
We encourage all selected applicants to complete the registration process.
For the applicants who were not selected for this Second Winter School in AI, we will be running a series of workshops throughout the year and we will open applications for third winter school next year.
Application is open for 2-Day Workshop on Intro to Data Science and Machine Learning with Python
This workshop is open to all students and recent graduates.
Second Winter School Applicants can attend this workshop as a prequel to Winter School, an opportunity to get hands-on introduction to Python.

Visa Information for International Applicants
A visa for Nepal can be obtained on arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu and at all land border crossings that are open to foreigners.
Indian nationals do not require a visa. Chinese nationals and South Asian nationals from Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Pakistan and Sri Lanka can get Visa for free.
All other nationals are required to pay 30 USD for 15 Days Multiple Entry Visa.
